1. Upon receipt of your provisional booking, you will receive a written confirmation containing the full details of your booking. This remains a provisional booking until the time of your full payment of the booking.

2. 7 days prior to the event, full payment must be received along with the confirmation of numbers in the party booking and the menu choices.

3. Confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

4. Minimum party size of 10 people.

5. Woodland (Catering & Leisure) Ltd will provide the disposable products required for your booking, all other items (e.g. birthday cake, cake knife, candles, matches/lighter & napkins) must be supplied by the customer.

6. Woodland (Catering & Leisure) Ltd will only provide the required amount of booked party food for the event. Additional items may be purchased from the Woodland Café at Phasels Wood.

7. Children are supervised at all times. No refunds will be considered for any children who are excluded from an activity because of unacceptable behaviour. Trained instructors take responsibility during activity sessions. It is important that children listen and adhere to any instructions given. They provide vital information for children and their safety. In making a booking for a party/activity, parents acknowledge the risks associated with activities of this type.

8. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian or other person acting on their behalf to fully advise Woodland (Catering & Leisure) Ltd, when booking and to confirm in writing, of any illness, disabilities, social or behavioural problems that a child currently has, or has recently experienced, which might affect the child or other children during the activity/ies. We will naturally treat any personal information sensitively and respect confidentiality. We are committed to making our activities as accessible to as many children as possible, however, very occasionally we may not be able to provide the service required and will refund any difference.

9. Your information will be kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will only be used for the purposes of Woodland (Catering & Leisure) Ltd.

10. Woodland (Catering & Leisure) Ltd does not accept responsibility for children’s property of any description.

11. Photographs may be taken at activities for future publicity. If you do not want your child photographed, please make a note on the booking form.

12. Smoking is not permitted in any party venue or activity area.

13. Woodland (Catering & Leisure) Ltd will do its utmost to provide activities as advertised but must reserve the right to alter or cancel any activities, or other arrangements if operational, weather or other considerations so dictate. If we have to make a major change to your booked activity, we will offer a suitable alternative if available or 100% refund, if we are not able in our opinion, to offer an alternative that is sufficiently comparable.

14. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to advise Woodland (Catering & Leisure) Ltd of a child’s dietary requirements at the time of booking. This information will be reconfirmed to you in our documentation.

15. If there is any problem with your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
